Ice cream manufacturer, Richmond, has re-formulated Napoli, its 5ltr premium dairy scooping range for the foodservice and leisure sectors.
The product is now reported to have a creamier texture, be easier to scoop and have a generous level of inclusions.
Napoli is available in eight flavours : Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint Choc Chip, Rum & Raisin, Toffee Fudge, Vanilla Caramel & Honeycomb and – new for 2004 – Very Berry.
