Taylor UK, supplier of ice cream and cold drink equipment, is set to enter the market for cooking equipment with the introduction of TurboChef rapid cook ovens.
Said to be extremely energy efficient and working through a combination of microwave energy and high speed convection oven technology, the ovens can bake, roast, brown, steam and grill at speeds of up to 12 times faster than conventional cooking and - with no requirement for extraction - are capable of being sited anywhere.
The range includes the Tornado (pictured), the C3 and the High H Batch, each of which is fully programmable to attain optimum results every time.
To support the launch of the product range, Taylor has invested in a new demonstration and training facility based just outside London, to which potential customers are invited to go along and see for themselves.
