We are seeking a highly effective and organised Programme Officer who will support the delivery and coordination of our EFL programme.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude who has a track record of delivering programmes to join us on a short-term temporary contract to support the programme delivery team. You will be experienced in programme/project administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring. You should also have experience of shaping content for programme delivery teams such as briefings and workshop materials. As this is a short-term contract, we are looking for a Programme Officer who can join us for an immediate start and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the programme and the team’s work.

As Programme Officer, you will support the delivery of Mind’s EFL partnership work collaborating with colleagues from Media, Communications, Fundraising and Physical Activity teams. This will include:
• Supporting the development of the club and community offer including liaising with the subject matter experts, organising focus groups and collating materials.
• Coordinating communications with local Minds, clubs and community trusts including the creation of newsletters, webinars and managing inboxes.

You will also support the Programme Manager – Football to coordinate the integrated programme plan. This includes:

• Responsibility for the maintenance of, the collation of and monitoring of project data and plans.
• Overseeing the integrated EFL partnership programme schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task.
• Reviewing progress and discussing future steps for the integrated programme.
• Identifying problems or risks to the integrated programme.
• Communicating issues and providing support to identify pragmatic solutions.
