Galpharm Stadium gym reopens after revamp
BY Tom Walker

Stadium Health & Fitness Complex close to the Galpharm Stadium in Huddersfield, has opened its doors after undergoing a £500,000 refurbishment.

As part of the revamp a range of Technogym equipment was installed, including CV equipment with on-board HD screens, in built i-Pod docks, new 'plate loaded' pure strength weights equipment and a kinesis station to improve the gym's functional training offer.

The centre is operated by Kirklees Active Leisure, which manages 11 major sports centres and swimming pools on behalf of Kirklees Council.
