TRIB3 to open more studios in Russia after Moscow launch
POSTED 15 Dec 2017 . BY Deven Pamben
TRIB3 has officially launched its Moscow studio
It marks an exciting new chapter in our development and one that puts us firmly on the international stage, cementing our decision to take TRIB3 into new territories as quickly as possible
– Kevin Yates, chief executive, TRIB3
TRIB3 has opened its first studio outside of the UK in Moscow, Russia, and plans to rollout the concept to further sites across the country.

The Moscow franchise of the boutique brand is being headed by Alexei Drobot, former chief executive at World Class Clubs and ex-general manager of TUI Travel and Johnson & Johnson in Russia.

Drobot will be joined by managing partner Igor Guiduk, a national champion in military mixed martial arts and Russian combat sport Sambo, to help roll out studios.

The brand will fine-tune the concept at the first site for three to six months before rolling it out.

At 5,000sq ft (464.5sq m), the Moscow club is in the business district of Lesnaya Street and neighbours companies that include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, McKinsey & Co and LG Electronics.

The club, which will run 60 classes per week, includes imported fitness equipment from the UK, a retail space, mixology bar and changing rooms offering premium cosmetics and towels.

“We're truly delighted to have launched in Moscow as it marks an exciting new chapter in our development and one that puts us firmly on the international stage, cementing our decision to take TRIB3 into new territories as quickly as possible,” said TRIB3 chief executive Kevin Yates.

The opening comes after the brand href="http://www.healthclubmanagement.co.uk/health-club-management-news/TRIB3-Kevin-Yates-Sami-Hurme-X-Method-Flowride-Trainer4You/335435?source=search">confirmed earlier this month that it would be launching in Finland.

TRIB3’s high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is based on treadmills (cardio), resistance (weights) and intensity (heart rate).
