Pre-leasing has begun at Parq on Speer – a wellness-oriented residential complex taking shape in the Golden Triangle neighbourhood of Denver, CO.

Developed by South Carolina-based real estate firm Greystar Real Estate Partners, the 16-storey property, which was designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, is set to feature myriad leisure and recreational facilities, including a fitness and yoga studio, pet spa and grooming centre, sky lounge, bar, outdoor dining areas, and a 1,326 sq m pool terrace providing vistas of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

Parq's 302 units– ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments – will also come equipped with smart home technology, allowing residents to streamline and customise their living experiences.

Speaking to GlobeSt.com, Mai Olaussen, Greystar's director of development, said: "Residents will be able to walk into their apartments using their phones rather than a key, have the heater/AC already on and set to their desired temperature and shades up or down."

The project was first announced in 2016; leasing is set to begin this summer with rent starting at US$1,600 (€1,404.3, £1,213) per month.
