Luxury country house hotel, Beaverbrook Hotel and Spa, in Leatherhead, UK, has curated a series of wild wellness experiences to assist with both emotional and physical wellbeing following its reopening on 4 July.

The new programmes focus on nature’s healing powers while combining learnings from Buddhist, shamanic and western practices.

Guests will be able to experience a Bioenergetic Woodland Walk combining gentle movement, primal breathing and meditation and also learn immunity-boosting practices in the hotel’s meadow Tepee.

During a Dynamic Immunity-boosting Breath Session, participants will be guided through Wim Hof method dynamic breathwork, body tapping and vibrational sound therapy along with Pranayama for energy, dynamic Asana for strength and Savasana for deep relaxation.

The wellness team at Beaverbrook has also developed an educational Immunity-nutrition Workshop with the hotel’s naturopath to establish improved eating habits as well as an ancient shamanic fire ceremony to release unwanted energies and clear space to set new intentions.

In addition, guests at the 35-room hotel can experience nature-based treatments at destination’s Coach House Spa once the UK government allows spas to reopen, along with having the option to privately book the entirety of the thermal suites to themselves to rejuvenate before or after a nature-based treatment.

The spa offers a holistic approach to wellness, with Aman’s former regional spa director, Rene van Eyssen, at the helm.

Beaverbrook is offering two wild wellness experience packages for couples – called Embrace the Day and The Joy of Connection – which start on 20 July.

With a starting cost of £470 (US$586, €521) per room per night for two, Embrace the Day includes a 90-minute Bioenergy Woodland Walk, 60-minute Dynamic Immunity-boosting Breath Session, one night’s accommodation, breakfast and full use of the spa facilities.

The Joy of Connection costs £510 (US$636, €566) for one 90-minute Bioenergy Woodland Walk, a 60-minute Shamanic Fire Smoking Ritual, full use of the spa facilities, accommodation, breakfast and experience at Beaverbrook’s deli.

Alternatively, individual wild wellness sessions start from £40 (US£50, €44) and are personalised and designed for individual guests.
