Founder Denise Leicester and the Ila team have created an exclusive Travel Well spa menu, which includes the Zone Reflexology with Vital Energy treatment. This treatment begins with a condensed version of the company’s Welcome Ritual, which includes Energy Clearing using the Ila Energy Spray and Ila's 'centring holds' alongside deep cleansing breaths. These help ground the client before the therapist moves to the reflexology massage, combined with a Tibetan ritual cold compress on the eyes. Ila has created a menu of nine power treatments designed to reduce stress, loosen joints and alleviate jet lag symptoms caused by crossing time zones. With time conscious travellers in mind, each treatment is available in 15 or 30 minute slots. All Heathrow travellers will have access to the independent Plaza Premium Lounge.
