Book4Time’s new Class and Activity Scheduler allows spas to better manage spa and resort activities from one single platform. As an additional offering to Book4Time’s software, the activity scheduler is configured with ease to track facilities, staff and guest schedules for yoga classes, fitness activities, tennis lessons, or any other group class activities. It can also be used for booking hotel and resort activities such as recreation, tours and transportation.
“We have extended our platform to better serve our clients in the hotel and resort markets, elevating the guest experience,” said Roger Sholanki, CEO of Book4Time.
The spa-related health and wellness activity scheduler provides spas with the ability to:
- Book reservations to the same guest profile as the spa.
- Track guest preferences such as gender, flags, notes, etc.
- Check out guests paying for services or post charges to their room, using an integrated point-of-sale system.
What’s more, the class and activity scheduler can be configured as a designated revenue centre with full revenue posting to a hotel’s property management system (PMS). Additionally, with Book4Time’s HTNG add-on, spas can share class and activity information with their PMS system.
Intuitive, easy to navigate, and responsive — spa activities can be managed efficiently whether the class is a one-time, weekly or recurring event; instructors can be assigned; and spas can keep track of their guest list with ease.
