Inhere Studio collaborated with Design & That to create the meditation pods
UK company Inhere – meaning “to exist within” – has launched a range of meditation pods, designed to provide urbanites with the space and tools they need to incorporate meditation practices into their daily lives.

Inhere, founded by business woman Adiba Osmani and neuroscientist Ghazal Abrishamchi, collaborated with design studio Design & That, to create the pods, which are manufactured in the UK and allow for natural light to flow in to create a breezy, light space.

The pods are available for both public and private spaces, including spas, hotels, homes, offices, shops and other areas, and include comfortable seating, and headphones with the option to include Inhere meditations for users to select via an audio player.

“Inhere’s meditation pod creates a natural, organic space for calm, clarity and privacy for the individual even in the busiest of environments without any of the feelings of isolation or separateness," said co-founders Adiba Osmani and Ghazal Abrishamchi.

"The sustainable Sapele slats allow in natural light and air, while the noise-cancelling headphones and guided meditations transport the mind to a quiet place. The interior design invites and soothes, and the elegant exterior captures the attention of passers by."

Inhere gives you the space to stop, pause and hear yourself again. Inhere is London’s first drop-in meditation studio. It launched in the City in 2017 and is opening a brand new studio in Fitzrovia. It aims to give everyone the chance to develop a healthy relationship with their mind. Which means offering people the opportunity, the time and the space to tune out the noise of daily life. The company has introduced custom-built meditation pods so people all over the country can experience what it’s like to stop and listen. You can rest. You can think. You can do whatever it is you need to find stillness and focus on you. The company also offers private meditation and mindfulness classes in workplaces.
