Sereno Hotels has unveiled a new spa at Le Sereno St Barths following damage from Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The expanded spa and wellness area includes a menu from new treatment partner Valmont Cosmetics.

The new Spa Le Sereno now features three full treatments rooms including the waterfront pavilion, a space for relaxation and the island’s only beachfront treatment room.

Alongside an extensive menu of facials, body wraps and massages using products from the Swiss skincare brand, guests can enjoy the Eau de Rêve treatment, a watsu-based hydrotherapy massage unique to Le Sereno, in the turquoise waters of the resort’s private lagoon or exclusive villa swimming pools.

The spa setting at Le Sereno blends indoor and outdoor spaces to create a Caribbean oasis for the senses.

The spa also includes a new fitness room featuring the latest fitness technology and equipment, as well as a new garden that provides a serene space for guests to practice yoga or meditation.

Guests can also enjoy a freshly squeezed detox elixir from the new wellness juice station under the shade of coconut trees overlooking the Grand Cul De Sac.

Le Sereno re-opened in December 2018 following an extensive rebuild of the entire boutique property, with cool white interiors and a bespoke neutral palette.

Le Sereno will join sister property Il Sereno, Lake Como in offering the luxury Swiss brand to spa guests. The Il Sereno Spa opened last year in the former darsena (boathouse) on the property.
