Two spa areas for men-only and women-only have launched at the Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel and Residence within the Diplomatic Area of Manama, Bahrain.
Each called the Diplomat Spa and costing a total of US$2m (1.25m euro, £1.01m) to build, the spas are managed by the Thailand-based Sivalai Spa Company while the Thai Heritage Spa Company acted as consultants.
The ladies’ spa is situated on the ground floor of the property while the men’s spa is located in a separate renovated building. Facilities include a women-only indoor swimming pool as well as 11 ladies’ treatment rooms and six men’s treatment rooms, two outdoor relaxation pools and a 3,013sq ft (280sq m) lagoon pool.
Located near to the Financial Harbour, the Diplomat Radisson has 121 suites with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
