Guengerich will be responsible for all aspects of corporate and facility operations at over 100 WTS-managed spa, health club and leisure facilities globally, including financial performance, client communications and quality control. He will integrate with the WTS operations team and provide support to both corporate staff and staff members in the field. He brings more than 25 years experience in the health club, spa and leisure industry to his new role. Guengerich has worked for WTS for a total of 18 years, becoming general manager of one of the first health clubs developed and managed by the company. In addition, he has served in executive and leadership roles with other prominent health club companies. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Guengerich is regularly invited to speak at internationally recognised annual conferences, such as IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association), ISPA (The International Spa Association), NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and CMAA (Club Managers Association of America).
