Panasonic is contributing during these events as Official Supplier, providing its Astrovision LED screen technology, which has also been used in Italy at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games and the University Olympics in 2007.

With both events held at the 'Oval Lingotto', three Astrovision screens were installed at the stadium contributing to showing the opening ceremonies and each event in high clarity.

With variable dimensions from 12 to 28m² and with LED technology, Astrovision is claimed to deliver clear visibility to the public even from long distances in the stadium terraces.

Panasonic has been contributing to the Olympic Games since 1988’s winter games in Calgary, Canada when they joined "The Olympic Partners" programme. During the last Olympics in Beijing, Panasonic delivered images of the Olympic Games all over the world.
