Millennium, reported to be America's leading spa management system, is being introduced into the UK spa market in October.
Developed over 18 years in the USA by Harms Software, Millennium counts some of the world's most exclusive day spas, spa resorts and hotel spas among its clientele, including the Parrot Cay spa resort in Turks and Caicos.
Other clients include SAKS 5th Avenue, TIGI throughout the USA and Estee Lauder's prestigious New York City based salon group, Bumble and Bumble.
Millennium's 'Small Business', 'Professional' and 'Platinum' editions provide spas with a range of unique, user-friendly features that enable owners to increase operational efficiency, optimise marketing opportunities and increase sales.
With features such as Pro-Active Alerts™, the new software allows spas owners and managers to set their own rules, so it is designed around an individual spas requirements. Alerts automatically activates emails or text messages to managers if any rule has not been adhered to.
In addition to an appointment book and point-of-sale features, there are a number of management tools which are exclusive to the UK spa market.
Millennium's in-built loyalty scheme enables spas to give clients personalized rewards for a range of activities, including pre-booking appointments and referrals.
The system also features a Referral Tree™, said to be the first of its kind in the UK. This indicates who is recommending a spa and how much revenue the referrals translate into.
Additionally, Millennium includes Guarantee 365™, a one year, no questions asked, money back guarantee designed to demonstrate the company's commitment to support the product and its confidence that Millennium can provide a stable software system that will help an operation grow.
If it doesn't, spas can get 100% of the purchased software value returned.
