Ardent's cost cutting lighting

Supplier: Zinc Collection / Ardent Products

Ardent's cost cutting lighting

An innovative new lighting range from Ardent Products has been designed to help clubs create stylish leisure environments, while saving on maintenance costs.

The company's Zinc Collection features a 'click together' design with interchangeable individual components that can be quickly and easily replaced or updated without having to change the whole light fitting.

Fascias can be changed to update interior design and lamp fittings can be updated with more energy efficient versions or to meet new legislative requirements.

There is also a guaranteed next-day replacement service for the electrical hub of the light fitting, where club managers simply unclip the faulty gear tray themselves and post it back to the manufacturers to receive a replacement.

The products can also help larger leisure clubs to reduce maintenance costs by way of an integrated self-test for emergency lighting. A self diagnostics function emits a high-frequency noise from any faulty luminaires, saving maintenance managers from carrying out the usual time-consuming equipment checks.

A unique back box design means that the same luminaire can be surface mounted on the wall or ceiling, recessed, rod suspended or wire suspended.

The Zinc Collection, made from a tough but stylish polycarbonate, comprises 25 new interior luminaires in six design ways, each available in a choice of silver, black and white fascias.

Design features create colour and flair, while offering flexibility in the quality of light. Centrally controlled lenses offer efficient task lighting while coloured side light apertures give dramatic ambient effects.

The range includes slim and angular models - perfect for sharp styling - and softer, circular designs, combining functionality with aesthetics. They can also be creatively grouped to form a unique design feature.
