Supplier: University of Hertfordshire More University of Hertfordshire details The University of Hertfordshire has launched the UK’s first 100% online BSc degree in Business and Sport Management, which has been specifically developed to meet the needs of high performance athletes and sport professionals. A sporting career can be highly unpredictable, and the importance of higher education to support athletes sporting experience is now very significant to ensure you are giving yourself every opportunity to be successful in your future career in Sport and/or Business. The course is studied part-time, 100% online, which means that the students can fit their studies around training and competition schedules. The University of Hertfordshire has been working in consultation with the English Institute of Sport and sport professionals to develop this highly tailored course. It launched in September 2014, and those already undertaking the degree and thinking ahead include athletes that have represented Team GB at Olympics, England in Commonwealth and professional staff from Premier League football clubs.
