Millennial workplace expert Smiley Poswolsky will lead the afternoon keynote session at ISPA’s inaugural Talent Symposium
Smiley Poswolsky did everything by the book. He studied attentively in high school, attended a prestigious university and landed an impressive job working for the federal government. He quickly climbed the ladder to find himself sitting in on meetings at the White House.
“On paper, I had it all,” Poswolsky says in a TedX Talk that has been viewed nearly 1.4 million times on YouTube.
Smiley’s family and friends were so impressed by what seemed like the perfect life on the outside. Everything was great, except—as Smiley says—he was miserable. He was stuck in a quarter-life crisis, which eventually became the basis for his best-selling book The Quarter-Life Breakthrough.
Now a millennial workplace expert and internationally renowned speaker, Poswolsky is uniquely equipped to serve as the afternoon keynote for the International SPA Association’s (ISPA) inaugural Talent Symposium on April 15 in Santa Barbara, California.
