Speedflex, pioneers of the revolutionary HIIT Without The Hurt training method, recently attended The Integrated Lifestyle Transformation Summit, hosted in India. The trip saw them meeting lots of new clients, forging valuable connections, and immersing themselves in the vibrant culture.
