The rebranding of the company, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2003, is part of a £1m investment programme also including new staff, plant, computer software and vehicles. It is due for completion later in the year.

A big feature of the Moffat stand at Hotelympia will be the company’s exclusive Chillogen technology, which can chill, hold and regenerate cooked food all in the same compartment.

In use, the Chillogen Banquet Trolley is loaded with chilled food and wheeled to its required location. It then holds the plated food at its chilled temperature until, at a preset time, it turns into a regeneration oven and reheats it to serving temperature.

An optional feature of the Trolley is 3D logging, for due diligence datalogging.
