New from Horst Rechelbacher is a certified organic health and beauty collection called Intelligent Nutrients (IN).
The launch line, all of which is certified organic, includes aromatics, scalp and hair care, hair styling, total body cleanser, lip delivery nutrition™, and - the heart of the line - Intellimune™, an internal/external certified
organic super antioxidant seed oil blend and tablets.
This is the first phase of an entire lifestyle brand planned by IN, with future products to include skin care, body care, maternal/baby care, love therapy, pet care and INvironmental products for the home.
Commenting at the launch, Rechelbacher said: "With Intelligent Nutrients we’ve merged food science and cosmetic chemistry to create a new paradigm in beauty.
"We called it Nutritional Chemistry and it's based on using only certified organic food-derived ingredients, substances the body recognizes and readily assimilates as nutrients in the body."
The Intellimune blend, key to the new range, contains organic black cumin for its immune strengthening properties; organic red grape, high in linoleic acid, Vitamin E and the antioxidant proanthrocyanidin; and organic pumpkin which contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids.
Also included are organic red raspberry, a good source of polyunsaturated fats, and organic cranberry, a rich source of fatty acids and antioxidants.
All IN products are free of the usual suspects commonly used in beauty products today, including sulfates, petrochemicals, plastics, phthalates, parabens, heavy metals, silicone and mineral oil.
Intelligent Nutrients has its headquarters in Minneapolis and the IN range will be sold through flagship stores in both that city and New York, plus specialty retailers, salons, spas and at the company's website: www.intelligentnutrients.com
