Day spa expansion continues in Budapest
POSTED 08 Jan 2007 . BY Sarah Todd
A new 380,000 euro (US$480,000, £260,000) Levendula day spa has opened in Budapest, Hungary.

The third site to open under the Levendula brand, it is located in the Fifth District of Budapest, near to the Hungarian Parliament.

The 400sq m (4,300sq ft) spa is to become the flagship site for Levendula and will stock Elemis, Sothys and Kerestase.

Boasting a wide selection of treatments focusing on reducing stress, the spa’s therapies will integrate Eastern philosophies and techniques with the latest Western methodologies. Other offerings will include a rasul bath and a dead sea flotation tank.

The design of the spa was developed by Zsuzsanna Janko, the founder of Levendula, in partnership with Roger Allen, CEO of Levendula’s parent company, Holistic Life.

Holistic Life is currently in various stages of negotiations to further expand the Levendula brand throughout central Eastern Europe. A spa is also planned to open soon within Levendula’s sole health and fitness club, called ClubFitness, situated on the Third District of Budapest. Details: www.lspa.hu
