The Australasian Spa Association (ASPA) is inviting international spa professionals to register their interest in its fifth annual Health and Wellness conference and showcase.
This year’s conference – billed as the only one of its kind in Australia – will take place at the iconic Luna Park in Sydney, Australia, on 28-31 July.
The theme of this year’s conference will be Deliver the Experience, Realise the Profit. It will focus on strategies to help operators deliver on their promises to customers and staff while boosting their finances.
There will also be four sub-themes – relationship management; maximising profits; finding, training and developing staff and environmental challenges and opportunities.
A range of international presenters will provide delegates with the tools, skills and strategies that can be adapted for their own business environments. The primary intention of the conference organisers is to ensure that delegates leave with the confidence and motivation to use their new skills and knowledge to further their success.
