Yoga teacher Erich Schiffmann is to host a residential retreat at Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands from 11 to 15 June.
Called ‘Guided from Within’, the retreat will focus on Schiffmann’s teachings, which aim to convey a complete yoga experience using asana, pranayama, deep relaxation, discussion and meditation.
Schiffmann will teach for four and a half hours every day, in morning and afternoon sessions, suitable for all levels of student, from beginner to advanced.
