POSTED 16 Sep 2014 . BY Jak Phillips
Fitness sessions will be taking place across Britain in a bid to get the nation moving
Global group fitness brand Les Mills will support National Fitness Day on 26 September with mass participation exercise events engaging hundreds of people in London (Covent Garden), Birmingham (Victoria Square) and Bristol (Centre Promenade).

The National Fitness Day ‘LIVE’ events will feature Les Mills Bodycombat and Sh'bam sessions led by Les Mills' international master trainers. The events will look to celebrate the benefits of physical activity and inspire onlookers to adopt an active lifestyle.

“We know from our research that 90 per cent of people prefer to work out in a group,” said Les Mills UK CEO Keith Burnet.

“National Fitness Day LIVE is a great opportunity for people to get fit together. Attending a group exercise classes will keep you motivated, hold you accountable and help you develop a sense of group camaraderie. But most importantly, it is a far more enjoyable way of getting fitter and healthier.”
