Exhibitor space for Orlando’s IAAPA Expo sells out

IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016 expects to welcome 30,000 guests from over 100 countries
More than 1,000 exhibitors have purchased booth space for the attractions industry’s biggest event of the year, which takes place in Orlando, Florida, in November.

The IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016 expects to welcome 30,000 guests from over 100 countries, including operators, upper management and decision makers from across the industry sectors.

Organisers and industry association IAAPA says 550,000sq ft (51,000sqm) of exhibition space has been sold, with just a few outdoor plots left available. The first-time exhibitor pavilion has also sold out.

“Selling out the indoor space more than three months in advance of the expo is an indication of the quality of buyer the show attracts and the strength of the industry around the world,” said Ryan Strowger, IAAPA senior vice president of exhibitions, conferences and sales. “The IAAPA Attractions Expo show floor is where industry news breaks and business happens and we can’t wait to see what’s buzzworthy this year.”

The expo and concurrent conference programme take place from 14 to 18 November at the Orange County Convention Center. A diverse range of products and services will be on show, including design and theming services, midway games, novelties and souvenirs, rides, ticketing and admission technology, water features and waterpark supplies, coin-op and arcade games, computer systems and software and more.
