Parents and teens scale Red Mountain spa

Red Mountain Spa in Utah, USA, has teamed up with SpaKid International to launch a wellness programme designed for parents and their teenage children.

The Parent/Teen Spa & Sport Adventure will be run over four days on 16-20 June and 4-8 August.

The programme will include use of the facilities as well as timetabled activities, including massage instruction and mountain biking, but will also see parents and their children partaking in sessions such as Walk a Mile in my Doc Martins, where they can find out how well they really know each other. This involves a Me You quiz, a teen culture quiz and a self-awareness inventory.

The programme has been devised by Heather A. Lee, president of SpaKid International. Details: www.redmountainspa.com
