Aqua Soul opens spa on Heron Island
POSTED 26 May 2004 . BY
Aqua Soul Spa, a signature resort operated by P&O Australian Resorts, has opened a spa site on Heron Island.

The island is situated on Australia’s famous Great Barrier Reef and is popular among divers.

Opened in May, the secluded spa has three single treatment rooms, a private steam room and a double therapy room for couples.

The interior has been selected to compliment the surrounding nature and consists of a blend of sea greens and calming blues, complimented by sun-bleached woods and sand stones.

All treatment products are supplied by Phytomer and Sodashi and include traditional massages, mud and seaweed wraps and a range of facials.

Other facilities on the 18-acre P&O resort include a themed restaurant, a cocktail bar, tennis courts and a swimming pool.

Accommodation is offered in 109 rooms and a three-night signature spa package includes a range of treatments, all daily meals and selected activities on the island.
