Life Fitness has launched a series of at-home on-demand workouts to keep users active in the wake of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.

The workouts will include three 'workout of the day' challenges and have been created by trainers from the Life Fitness Academy, the global education arm of Life Fitness.

They will be available through the Digital Coach platform, which can be accessed on both mobile and desktop devices via any browser.

Access will be available to all users free of charge for a limited time.

Information will be sent to Life Fitness customers, for them to distribute to their members in order to help encourage physical activity while gyms are temporarily closed and users are in quarantine.
