Celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson is offering free, two-week trials to her popular Tracy Anderson Method online.

Designed to help those stuck indoors during the COVID-19 lockdown, the offer will include access to the TA Online Studio – a weekly workout subscription programme delivering classes for three different fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

At the beginner level, the STArt programme has been designed for anyone new to exercise and will teach the foundation and technique of the TA Method – which is based on the exerciser's muscular structure being developed "from the inside out".

The Tracy Anderson Method has attracted a celebrity following, with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie having sung its praises.

"For more than two decades, I've been evolving my Method to provide women and men across the globe with a fitness programme based on science and strategy that actually works," Anderson said in a statement.

"My mission with the TA Online Studio was to offer the same accessibility and results as those who participate in studio classes — no matter where clients were located, and at any time.

"In 2014, I removed the constraints of DVD production, installed cameras inside of my studio locations, and the TA Online Studio was born.

"Now you can join thousands of others who achieve their best life creating balance, where there is an imbalance, in their bodies."
