2020 Global Sauna Forum will take deep dive into benefits of authentic Finnish sauna

Sauna from Finland has announced it is hosting the 2020 World Sauna Forum virtually on 3 and 4 December, to help educate more people in the spa and wellness industry about providing authentic Finnish sauna experiences.

Claimed to be the world’s biggest online sauna event, the programme features a line-up of 20-30 minute discussions and keynotes about the business of Finnish saunas.

The line-up includes a diverse mix of 13 speakers harking from a range of backgrounds, including Raison d’Etre project manager, Maria Nystedt and Hans Hägglund, adjunct professor at Department of Medical Services for Uppsala University.

Talks will focus on topics such as combining sauna with professional sport, sauna design, health benefits from sauna bathing and the meaning of Finnish sauna experiences in the wellness industry.

Content will also cover questions including what makes a truly authentic Finnish sauna experience, how can you utilise it for customer’s needs and what business opportunities does the Finnish sauna experience provide?

Sauna from Finland has created the event for anyone interested in creating Finnish sauna experiences for a hotel, spa, health club, resort or home.

The forum will go live at 10AM (EET) both days and its content will be made available for participants on demand for 24 hours after the live stream finishes.
