ABC Fitness Solutions is the latest supplier to launch a service to help operators cater to the increasing demand for hybrid membership models.
The new ABC+ will provide operators with a turnkey solution, which they can use to create their own branded apps.
Clubs will be able to supplement and support their bricks-and-mortar offering with a digital fitness experience.
The platform will enable operators to both create and monetise their own content – as well as using content sourced from the ABC+ library – to tap into new revenue streams.
ABC+ will also offer club operators digital tools for improving member engagement, through the use of in-app messaging, workout-of-the-day challenges and one-to-one video calling with coaches and staff.
The mobile solution is available on Android and iOS and integrates with the ABC ecosystem, which will also provide clubs with built-in reporting capabilities to monitor key performance indicators and enhance growth.
For club members, ABC+ will offer the opportunity to manage and access all aspects of their club experience from their smartphone or wearable device – from account administration, class scheduling and on-demand content to nutritional and behavioural coaching and personal training.
