Dads scale Sydney Tower for free on Father’s Day
|
Entry to Sydney’s tallest building, Sydney Tower, and its Observation Deck, as well as the Skywalk and OzTrek attractions, will be free to dads on Australian Father’s Day next month.
The promotion is valid for the weekend 1-2 September, when dad is accompanied by another full-paying adult.
More than twice as high as the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Tower boasts views of the city as well as 85km beyond – towards the Blue Mountains, Central Coast and South Coast. One of Australia’s largest simulated rides, OzTrek combines surround sound, real motion and 3D imagery to provide a magic carpet ride across Australia.
The 90-minute Sydney Skywalk tour sees participants walk outside across the roof of Sydney Tower’s golden turret, 260m above city streets. Decked out in Skysuits and harnessed to safety railings, Skywalkers venture out onto glass-floored platforms suspended over the tower’s edge.
