Spa and resort management company Per Aquum is to host a six-day yoga retreat with Annoushka Hempel at Huvafen Fushi, its flagship property in the Maldives, as part of a wider series of wellness activities taking place across its spa portfolio.
A dedicated programme of wellness retreats is scheduled be held at all Per Aquum properties throughout 2008 and are intended as a showcase for some of the best therapists in spa, lifestyle and wellness.
All of the spas within Per Aquum’s portfolio are also due to be relaunched under its new concept, called Lime, which will fuse holistic wellness rituals with modern spa therapies.
The first two Lime spas have already launched at Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives and The Fortress in Sri Lanka. The next Lime to launch will be at the Desert Palm in Dubai towards the end of this year, with further sites in the Maldives, Seychelles and the Caribbean planned for 2008.
