Boutique operator Digme is joining the hybrid fitness revolution by launching an at-home proposition.

Digme, which operates seven studios in London and one in Oxford, will begin offering Keiser m3i lite indoor bikes for hire from £79 per month.

The new "Digme at Home" service – launching on 12 October – will also include on-demand and live-streamed workouts, ranging from cycling and yoga to HIIT.

Digme will stream up to 60 live classes a week, with subscriptions to the content priced at £29.99 a month (those hiring a bike will gain access to the content for free). There is also a pay-as-you-go option, priced at £6 per class.

Digme has also developed an iPad app, which will allow both bricks and mortar and At Home members access classes and sync their Keiser bike, giving them live data and the opportunity to monitor their performances.

Speaking to HCM, Digme co-founder and CEO Geoff Bamber said: "Digme at Home is disrupting the at home fitness market by being the first content provider to offer a uniquely flexible bike rental model.

"We provide the best and most reliable bikes on the market, leading technology, transparent pricing, over 60 Live sessions a week with our world class trainers, a deep and constantly updated library of fresh On Demand workouts and a vibrant community of enthusiasts.

"One fixed price subscription will get you access to every session with the best trainers around. In the same way pay-as-you-train studios are winning from big-box, inflexible gyms, Digme is offering ground-breaking flexibility in the at-home fitness market."

Co founder Caoimhe Bamber added: "We're levelling up our at home fitness offering through the official launch of Digme at Home.

"Our online workouts were overwhelmingly popular during lockdown and really brought our community together when people needed it the most.

"Digme at Home works seamlessly alongside our studio workouts but allows us to grow our community outside the traditional geographic reach of the physical studios whilst giving our existing community even more of the trainers they love."

Earlier this year, Digme grew its portfolio of bricks and mortar sites by acquiring Another Space, the boutique studio arm of premium health club operator Third Space, after Third Space abandoned its plans to grow in the boutique sector.
